Unit B301 at Waterscape Resort is a unique property that offers fun and relaxation for all ages.  We are located on the Emerald Coast of the Florida Panhandle.  The resort is DIRECT OCEANFRONT with a sandy beach right in your front yard.
Waterscape Resort Amenities:

  • Two swimming pools (one on each level) with plenty of room to lounge and relax
  • Lower deck pool is a zero-entry that offers a fun play area with a water course, water sprays and a waterfall.
  • Upper deck has a heated pool (heated during the winter) and water play area for smaller children with a pirate ship waterslide and other features for children.  Of course, there are shady places for relaxation should you need reprieve from the sun.
  • Lay-Z river to float around and tubes are provided "river side"
  • Fudpukers is located poolside and offers meals/snacks and drinks (open seasonally)
  • Gas BBQs located on the pool decks
  • Lounge chairs and table seating
  • Two Hot Tubs (one with a covered pergola)
